  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the website
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of our website's content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfoQwest disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InfoQwest or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services. 11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. Project termination terms are specified in individual service agreements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
